Life Coaching Sedona is a company founded by two women who have several decades’ worth of experience in mediation, conflict resolution and helping people find their right track in life. Working with them, I created a logo for their company that symbolizes who they are, and what their company is all about.
Before we began, the clients already had visualized an icon — they wanted a silhouetted hummingbird and Columbine flower in their logo. Important symbols for the company, the hummingbird defies physics (meaning: all things are possible — an important message for those whom the company serves), and the Columbine flower represents Colorado, the state of the founders' origin. Initially, the clients told me they wanted to target the female sector, and with that in mind, I set out to create logo options that felt a bit softer and more feminine, overall.
