Let it be known that I never say “y’all.” Not that there’s anything wrong with it. If I could pull it off, I would definitely use the expression all the time. It just doesn’t sound right coming from a California girl, but I should practice it, anyway.

Definitely unrelated: in trying to determine what the next fall-themed wallpaper would be, I looked through my closet for inspiration. I found a lovely skirt, similar to this, and decided this week, a simple red plaid would be warm, fitting and fun. Enough with fall oranges, browns and yellows (though I will likely default to these next week as I continue this month’s theme; let’s be honest), bring on that beautiful red!
